At Omotenashi TCG, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not completely happy with your apparel, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

Place the unwashed and unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective sleeves remain attached.

Ship the Items

Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 3-5 business days.
